Yeah honestly I don't personally suggest doing what I just said but what you can do is pick up an old office computer with everything you need more or less for ~$160.

You'd be surprised at what you can find on craigslist sometimes. The really good deals get eaten up quick, but you can use craigslist to alert via email when certain listings come up.

Also, bonus points if you don't care about buying stolen shit.
