@Brone depending on your affiliation DCU and/or BECU are some of the CU I have used and have been very good with interest rates and customer service.

 

I highly recommend Capital One.

 

My bank is local but charges me a $5 fee if I deposit less than $5 throughout the month into it...weird but if that actually became an issue I think I'd have bigger problems to worry about

Just like pottying in a box. They just do. When I found LottaCat in our garage I found that she had used an empty rubbermaid container as a potty box (I was cleaning out my garage and had some open and empty in the middle of the floor). I asked the vet and he said cats are pretty much born litter box trained. Show them the litter box, they use it. No litter box in sight? They'll find an empty box and use that.

 

Personally I just keep my money in an old sock that I stash in between my mattress and the bed frame.
