Pros:
I definitely cherry-pick these and complete the most obvious ones. They have a long timer so you can work on other tasks and pick at them in between. They get much faster with practice.
There is a Slack channel to ask questions/advice to other experienced workers and talk directly to the "bosses." Also a new FAQ link for clarification. Otherwise, they may or may not respond to emails/Mturk messages.

Cons:
Mess one up, and your qual is revoked. The amount of work involved really varies, so it helps to learn what you're good at and not waste too much time on low value HITs that involve too much work. Pay is not related to difficultly: you might find an easy $5 HIT or an impossible $2 HIT. Sometimes required to download spreadsheets or parcel maps. If you forget to turn off your tracking, you'll be seeing AIRBNB ads on every smart device you own.
