I just drink a cup of coffee with 2 TBSP heavy cream and it keeps me full until lunch time.

Other than that though, I always bake like 2 pounds of bacon at the beginning of the week and put it in a large freezer bag. I take some out and microwave it a bit when I'm hungry. Very easy.

I really need to get back on the low carb. Been off for 2 weeks, and while I haven't put the weight back on at all, I'm certainly not LOSING weight. Down 27 though, I just need to stop eating carbs
