02/21 - Threw Thursday!

I'm eyeballing a super nice chocolate mold so that I don't have to dip and shape truffles/chocolates by hand anymore Also, so I can decorate them all fancy like. Tempering chocolate and fillings is already such a royal beyotch and then you add in trying to make perfectly shaped ones and I nearly flipped my table over in a blind rage. The only thing worse than doing it totally by hand is a super crappy chocolate mold. THAT THINGGGG, I snapped in half and threw out.

Just slap some Ferraro Roche "chocolates" on top and call it a day

I don't watch hockey like, ever, so had no clue you could score a goal by using your face to get the puck in. (Yeah, I know it's not on purpose but still...yikes!!!! Face goals should be worth double just on principle...)
