I wonder if you could throw Inquisit into a smaller virtual monitor if you told windows that the virtual space was the main monitor.

I have multiple monitors so it isn't completely awful but I could see people running on just a single or two even wanting a way to resize it.

 

I turk on a laptop, and Inquisit makes me want to choke something.
