I had a similar experience with Lizzy. Went to the humane society for a dog...they had a thing where black cats were half off, and I said "what the hell, I'll spend a couple minutes in the visiting room with one"

They brought her in, and she very slowly walked up, sniffed my hand, and crawled up onto my shoulder to be held like a baby and started drooling...I couldn't say no.

 

you may look good with big ear gauges. Never seen a beaver with that style.

 

I didn't get to pick my dog at all, my cousin bought him on impulse and next thing I knew I had a pit bull living with me that no one else wanted to take care of. Everyone tells me he's such a handsome boy, though, so I guess it's not all bad.

 

I'm a sucker for anything pathetic and needy that comes up to me.

To each his/her own on music for sure. I just never liked Incubus. I put them up there on my list high of bands I dislike along with Everlast.... whew.

 

"Drive" was one of the first songs I ever learned on bass...I wasn't a *huge* fan of them, but I didn't particularly dislike them either

 

I just couldn't bear to leave this sweet face behind and Matt knew I wasn't leaving without him. I cried when I even thought about it. He was so terrified of everyone and was still such a brave boi when he hopped on the plane with me.
