    Pros:
    Pretty fast once you take note of the instructions. I got $5 extra for pointing out an error in their reference materials. Fairly good chance of getting a relatively high bonus with judiciousness.
    Cons:
    Zero base pay. It's basically based on chance/playing the odds as to whether you'll get a good hourly.
