Me too! But I submitted after 15 min. on the timer---and I left it opened in the middle and went and made a cup of coffee. Still got a reject. Canned rejection reason. I've done a bunch of his HITs and they always approved, Not this time. And yes there are reported approvals at 4 min. timers. With his poor reviews I'd say the only reason any good worker would do his stuff is because it's well paid..I've seen this type of requester a number of times over the years. They seem to reject arbitrarily, without justifiable reasons. Why? Some have thought it was a cost saving effort--grab your work, but don't pay for it. Others bring up the specter of pure-dee-meaness. My take is that anyone doing his work is going to eventually get tagged. Only a matter of time.

 

I can afford a rejection. I'll take the gamble for 5 easy bucks any day.

 

Like 90% of my rejections are for HITs less than 10c.. at $5 for a minute, he can reject 80% of my HITs and I'll keep doing them.

People get way too caught up in emotions. Couldn't care less if he has a chimpanzee flipping quarters as his rejection criteria tbh

 

Reminder that luck is an important skill that masters are supposed to have.

It appears that some of you are lacking it.

 

Just wanted to point out that the TV completion times might not be an accurate representation of how long they waited to submit since you can pause the timer. But who knows, dude just might be nuts

 

Actually the last round of his HITs I didn't bother cooking them and they approved.. maybe this is a psych study

 

The person responsible has been sacked.

 

Yeah he'd have to hit me like 19k more times before I begin to question if the rejection is worth it
