@ChrisTurk my preacher was talking about tattoos from back in biblical times and I started sinking down in the pew. He looked up and looked straight at me and said don't worry Tracy, I'm not talking about the same kind of tattoos as what you have. :emoji_joy:

    Question for you guys.

Every year I get asked, "So what do you want to do for your birthday?"

And every year for almost 20 years I've literally said, "Nothing. I really don't want to do anything."

Now even moreso as my birthday is beginning of June.

Mother's Day just happened, Kiddo's birthday is next week, then all the end of school year stuff, so for my birthday I just want to do NOTHING AT ALL. I want to sleep. I want to watch tv. I want to do NOTHING.

And every single year I get pushback, like I'm a selfish Grinch for not wanting to make a big deal out of my birthday.

Am I the only one who would rather not make a big deal out of my birthday? It's honestly a lot of freaking pressure to have to show up somewhere and act all happy and shit for hours and hours while everyone stares at me.

lol exactly. Despite having zero family, I have at least 5 families records and photos in my basement, from like the 1800s-1990s, passed down from person to person and somehow ending up with the most worthless person. I made it a personal project to start digitizing them to see if I could track down anyone to pass them off onto, rather than having them end with me. Soo uhh apryl, hit me up girl.

Also I meant to reply to your other post about digging up fb: I dug up some sads on this nostalgic trip too - if you need anything let me know :) <3
