In my experience, requesters choose one forum and post there which is understandable since people will respond and ask questions so it's not merely making an announcement most times.

My real worry is what encode they are selling people though.... and I doubt that the video quality will be as good as the BDs..

meh this will work out well for the industry but I still thing it is weird... I wonder if steam will also sell some physical stuff as well as a lot of anime fans only spend money on that stuff.

I'm kind of sad though that Tales of Berseria and NieR:Automata didn't get a big sale from this.. Those are the two games that I'm waiting for a sale to buy.
