@Kadauchi or anyone else, can you advise as to why PC often picks up two hits, even when the hit in question is set at false? Is this happening to anyone else?

You? When I did this 2 years ago I was also working full time but was by myself in an office with nothing to do so I could Turk at the same time. Then they firewalled everything and now I am still working full time but at a much better job......not money wise unfortunately.....but busy so I can't turk during the day. Just a couple of hours trying to make some extra $$

 

Mturk is only really slow on holidays and weekends but even during those it sometimes isn't slow.

Maybe I just haven't been back long enough or on often enough to get back in the groove.

 

If you only do surveys perhaps it is slow but surveys suck.

 

If you're mostly doing surveys, and don't have any closed quals to back up the variance there, it's going to suck (compared to normal) until Oct-ish IIRC. Sept is the worst of the angry teeth gnashing.

 

I try and do a mix of as much as I can. Seems like there is so much I am not qualified for but I keep taking any qual hits I see and requesting others. I can't remember what they were called but one of my favorites from before was arial shots of properties and you had to see if there were huts, or pools, or different things like that...lol I miss those

 

I swear to god if I get another HIT that's embedded and my timer runs out in the middle of it... just my luck. I hate everyone.
