To oversimplify, Hispanic refers to a cultural link to Spain, and Latino is a cultural link to Latin America. So someone could be either Hispanic or Latino in addition to their race....

...or they could be like me, a boring old white dude that likes corny music, doesn't dance well, and has no culture.

weird, Took the qual, still says I'm not qualified. Don't have H&I prevent retake because I can still request it. Did you have to take both "test for native proficiency" tests? I only took v2.0 assuming the "," was part of the title and I got 9....

edit: nvm, just saw there were 2 quals labeled v2.0. WTF?
