    I love hate this. The first flavour is a strange fake lemon icing followed by the very shockingly correct flavour of birthday cake followed by the vomit inducing flavour of sucralose. All in all I can't stop drinking this.

    We already pay someone to clean for us, lol. Then charge the tenants.

    The place with the missing tires was so bad that the total fee is almost $600. That doesn't include carpet cleaning, which I believe will be right at $300. This is for a 1 bedroom. I don't think the tenant cleaned one time in the six years he lived there (I'm not joking, I really don't think he did).

    There's a footprint on the bathroom ceiling above the sink. Like, wtf?
