    I re-read the email and it says:

    What constitutes a round? Because if we count since I got the qual, I've done like 5 rounds of batches. I hope it wasn't just a false hope to get people to ham on their hits.

    Oh it's been a fiasco with Direct Buy and the company that made the (stupid expensive ugly furniture that my other half JUST HAD TO HAVE)

    Came in with dings and damage. Delivery guys said that whatever damage I saw would have to be taken up with the company because there was nothing that they could do about it... sign here please.

    Welllllll turns out that there was a form that HAD to be filled out that no one told me about. Took a firmly written letter to the company and an implication of seeking "third-party assistance" for them to agree to address the issue.
