I saw an ad while I was at my mom's house at Thanksgiving for this super bright and garish pepto-pink tree and I was like, yeah, I could do that. Bf said he'd go as far as a garish teal tree so I guess that's the compromise lol

 

look, it is bad enough I have that tiger staring at me every time I tuck her in. I didn't need a reminder that my kid is a traitor during an already painful time.

Well I don't know what this means exactly, but it sounds pretty great tbh

 

it's not code for anything. the other day, i mentioned how i used to sing the song "i want a hippopotamus for christmas" so much that it became a recurring gag gift to receive every christmas. then bam. hippo on my doorstep. that farts. and it's the best.

 

My friend has those co-workers who always tell her how much Clemson sucks and she has only ever watched games with me from last season onward so she's always like, "You guys seem silly." She now likes football and actively watches Clemson games with or without me.

And I just don't tell her...because she's been spared the deep emotional scarring that all football fans experience at some point. Thus far. I know her time will come, but she's so happy right now and I just can't hurt her like that!
