It definitely depends on the area. The picture posted is from Isla Verde which is on of the most touristy place in PR. Near the beach which means the prices are high. But since everything is relative close together, you can get a good home and still visit beaches and tourist places with ease.

 

More expensive than I thought. $2.74 for a liter of milk? I paid 98 cents for a whole gallon 2 hours ago lol.
