    I dunno, I'd sometimes catch two csats and when I would try to do the second one it would tell me I've already completed all I could for this batch.

    yes if they're the same procedure usually it will do that. just depends on the batch. sometimes you can do more

    I don't get how you can work on more than 1 CSATS... after doing one it repeatedly tells me there is no more in this batch. Am I missing something? :(
