Stopped by store one last time since I'm home for a few days and I wanted more fresh fruits and veggies. Was confident there would be some. Was not wrong:



However, manager told me they only got 1/2 their order today and what you're looking at is two day's worth, at best (this is only the veggie side, the fruit side was just as stocked).

I also grabbed the last three bags of string cheese for kiddo, yay! (there were other brands, but I got the last three of the brand he will eat). The pasta shelves are empty. Same with rice and beans. and the butcher's counter is almost empty. They don't carry much prepackaged meat, but when I was there yesterday morning all the fresh meat was totally full, so there's been a run since then.

also, six San Francisco Area Counties are now on an official shelter in place order, so I'm guessing we aren't far behind.

I didn't get much on turk today, BUT... I did start a ton of tomato, eggplants, pepper and sunberry seeds.

see here its still pretty much a barren wasteland all around. anything food wise is pretty much gone. i called the WM here ahead of time before i even thought about attempting a delivery order (cause, it STILL shows most items in stock) and i just rattled 4 things off my list and they went to look and none of them were there.
i basically was told that dont try to make any pick up or delivery til at least NEXT monday or i will be in the same boat and get next to nothing of my order or just have it canceled

 

is an extra week enough or perhaps starting Ocean at the end of the Lane on the 30th which would be 2 weeks
