Pros:

They are super handy. I know some people prefer a physical book, and I can be a curmudgeon about technology and I've been a bookworm since I was old enough to know what a book is, so I totally understand the argument. But having a literal library all in one device is awesome, and e-ink makes it that much easier to adapt to. I can read on my phone/ipad, but the kindle is much more comfortable. Plus having the mobile/computer/whatever app sync back and forth is super convenient too.

I feel like a commercial. Bezos, where my paycheck at?

 

Happened to me last week with my voting ballot (safe and secure, no worries - oh damn, where is that thing, tearing the house apart).

It ended up being on my night stand underneath my kleenex box. Vintage me.
