    I don't remember shit really at this point it has been 20+ years but I had to learn mostly food and kitchen words while I was working food booths at those festivals.

    They give you a solid 24 hours to complete the HIT so I don't really have a time, I would do a bit at a time. It wasn't hard, and it was interesting.
