    Yeah they don't generally give percentage discounts on phones. Not that I've ever seen. I think the 30% off is on accessories. Whatever you decide to get, don't use Samsung's paltry cb promo. Ebates/Rakuten is offering 9% right now for Samsung phones. But the amount fluctuates as it was 10% when I got mine and 6% a few days later.

    Actually I'm wrong. They do do discounts on phones sometimes. I remember they did it for the s8 US cellular model before. Probably did it for other carriers and models too.
