    Also, for the speed reading thing, I didn't find it too hard to simply go through each article and look for positive/negative sentiment words. They're not hard to tell, when most articles are bashing or praising one way or another. I didn't have to read the entire article, and she never mentioned you have to discern between either the author of the article, or people within the article.

    When the listing is in the same complex, but you can't tell if its the exact same apartment, do you mark duplicates as yes, no, or can't tell?
