    I was incredibly tempted, but I am already leery of scared money & the recent suspensions and reviews have terrified me of scared money, I'll be honest. This is my main source of income outside or reselling, sooo....I'm a scaredy cat.

    Look at a different mortgage lender. I talked to several when we were hunting for the best rates who only required a few years of tax returns, and a 1099 made no difference to them.

    Sounds like you're running into a worse version of what I did several months back when trying to move to a new city and had trouble finding a place to rent that accepted my 'employment'. Hope you figure out something :hug:

    Not only is TM old and no longer updated regularly (RIP when we all move to new worker site), it has less searches over a time period than PC or HF. It's highly recommended you switch before you're forced to, if the increased efficiency and active support isn't enough of a reason to

    my mortgage lender is talking directly with an underwriter now. gotta figure this out today because my earnest money is due in the morning. he could have told me this back in February when i first got pre-approved.... is Church Hill online only? i don't see that they have any branches

    Honestly I'd surprised if just about any lender would accept this as income. They have no way to verify it and not even 1099. I could print out my dashboard but I could also change that number to anything. When we bought our house I had trouble getting them to understand I was still at the same job I had been for seven years but I just got sold off to a staffing agency. They kept wanting to put it under contract work which gets very little consideration. I hope you figure out a way though, I would rather saw my own arm off than go back to renting again.

    I'm just mad I spent time learning to use turk master and then turned around and looked at forums and found out it was practically dead. I'll make an effort when I get back home I suppose.
