I mean I agree, but I never believed balance transferred could be the only mark to hit to trigger the 200 threshold. PP reporting isn't solely based on when you dump funds into your bank account. My assumption was HITs approved since that is the actual "transaction" that mTurk oversees (between requesters and workers) much like PayPal oversees the transactions of goods/services on there.

But 7k on her 1099-K kind of rules out my shitty idea too.

I think the only sensible conclusion from this is that mturk has no idea what is going on, like with most things they do
