    Mine shows my full name. If you go under Edit My Account Settings, Change my Contact Information, and view your addresses, do they show your first & last name? If not, edit one to do so. Otherwise, I'm not sure.

    I'm assuming the issue is she has to have middle name too? Which is a strange request. But again, I ran into a ton of issues trying to rent when I moved so I guess I'm not surprised anymore.

    Or an alternative is you could right click on the page where it shows your first name, click Inspect, then in the console, type your last name after it, then close the console and print/screenshot it, whatever. It doesn't hold permanently, but might work?

    You know, every time I see your name I'm remind of when I worked at Toyrus. There was a new 'scooter' type thing called THE GREEN MACHINE. It was expensive and kids rode it all over the store and I wanted to punch them. I don't wanna punch you though.
