I actually buy papaya enzyme tablets (GNC is a good source) for those occasions. I also find it helpful to drink kefir, which is a probiotic dairy product (I tend to get it plain, so there's as little sugar as possible, but it tastes like the most intense plain yogurt).

That was the first time that place gave me food poisoning too - it must've been like one off shrimp in the batch. I've gotten their naked shrimp (which is a completely raw shrimp with chiles) before and that didn't give me the runs.

You should probably be more worried about hemorrhoids from sitting in front of a screen all day. Or, even worse, Deep Vein Thrombosis.

 

With a good chair that isn't much of an issue. Toilets are just awful about cutting off your blood circulation because they are hard.
