    Yeah I'm actually kinda qualled up. Just trying to justify cutting my 50+ hour a week down to like 20? And night shift is nice for supplemental but I don't want to eat on it.

    To be honest if you were to survive a disaster prepping for it is nearly impossible, sure there are a few basic things that would be necessary but prepping and then thinking you have all your bases covered is what will get you dead. Improvise, Adapt and Overcome. Not meaning to offend anyone if you are a prepper but some just have more money and time on their hands than the ability to overcome the disaster they are preparing for.

    How's today been?

    I Just finished patching up the wall after removing the squirrel nest. Found a couple hockey pucks that must have been squirrels a year or two ago....Kind of messed up that they were using their dead family as bedding. Sealed the holes to outside with steel wool and foam, then wood, them more steel wool and foam. Hope they stay away this time.

    Yeah I ran summer last year unemployed. Did alright, although obviously it wasn't fall volume. I tend to work contractor hours in my daily so I'm used to a summer lull

    Rodents are the worst man. I will have to spoiler the story because it is crazy.
    My neighbor had a huge mouse problem so she asked me to shoot a couple of them to drive them out. So I did and placed some traps. We thought we got all the holes plugged with steel wool and Mesh and new sheathing and siding, but some got in and ended up in the snap traps and the damn things were eating the ones that got snapped. So over that summer I resheathed the whole bottom of her house and added cement board on the inside and the bastards have yet to come back thank god. I also told her to get a cat which she did. He is so spoiled and fat though I'm pretty sure he would be a useless mouser.
