I don't know if this was already answered so it may be redundant but you have an option of getting payment through PayPal. You will get charged .30 + 2.9% in PayPal fees.

You can also get paid via Circle with no fee. I haven't tried this method yet, it's new as of a month or so ago.

You can get payout at 5.00 but I think prolific charges a fee if you do that. if you wait until 20.00 then there is no fee (ther than paypal if you go that route.)
