    Does anyone have a recommendation for a friend who woke up to their Amazon account being closed? They think they were hacked but a closed account to me seemed like it's an Amazon issue. I did some googling and found some message boards with people complaining about their accounts being closed for no reason as well but no one seemed to ever find a solution or get their account back.
