    Just season it or douse in hot sauce. I actually do kinda wanna try it just to say I did, but it has meats in it I can't eat. Maybe I could use fake chicken..

    Only missed a single day in the last 2 months and only because it was Easter.

    During normal maintenance no, I'll go out to eat once every week or two and thus skip out on the base meal because that'd be too many calories. Ditto if I travel for work since dragging a smelly crock pot around isn't exactly fun. Otherwise yeah, pretty consistently its my base "daily" meal and I'll eat a "normal" dinner sometimes depending on calorie breakdown, etc. Its pretty easy to scale up/down since its all in an excel spreadsheet. 20-30minutes of prep for a week.
