Negative comments of that nature are discouraged in general. But about the folks who pay the bills? Girlllll you damn right.

You should quit complaining about batches you think are underpaid when they're not ^_^ drive me up the WALL haha

You can do so without being that rude.. Unfortunately the 'grit your teeth and smile' approach is something you're gonna want to master if you want to Turk because messaging requesters politely for rejection reversals isn't a one-off occurrence.

You should never assume ill intent when it comes to mTurk. Go uninstall every script you've got, never use TO, and turk for a month and lemme know how the platform is for you, because that is what it is for requesters. Their interface is junk, only half of it works, and Amazon's documentation for the site tells them to do horrible, awful things to workers. And I'm seriously not exaggerating about that last part. Pretty much every one of Amazon's ancient "best practices" is a 101 in North Korean slave labor camp building.

90% of "bad" requesters you come across will be innocent, clueless folks who just want to get some data or something but have 0 understanding of either side of the platform. Assuming they're out to get you is a miserable way to spend your time on mTurk.

I think this is safe to assume. There's a line that will probably never be well distinguished.. I complain about plenty of reqs (though I've tried to tone it down the last few weeks or so 'cause I realized that's a super fking bad look LOL) Requester, worker, AMT employee - everyone deserves a certain amount of respect or 'good will' lent to them.. At least until they purposefully mass reject and/or Brelig it up and/or leave a 5/5 TO review on a $0.30/hr HIT. Etc etc etc.
