I'll try that, even if I don't get paid I care more about the approvals than the .75. Hopefully they're cool about it. If not then I guess I'm gonna have to give them a Dispute Rejection batch of my own.

 

I'm the same way, rejections are toxic. If he starts showing rejections on his review page, he might change his tune. It's not like his pay is even worth the risk.

 

Contact the requester by sending one email. Apologize for turning in work that wasn't what the requester was looking for. offer to do the rejected hits again if they send them through email, like as an excel file or something, if they will reverse the rejections after they look at your new results. ask for clarification on the instructions so you know for sure why they rejected them. that's what I would do in that situation.

 

or, I have heard of some workers offering to never, ever work for that requester again if the requester overturns all the rejections. this has worked at least a couple of times from what I've seen on the forums. then you just have to block the requester and remember not to work for them ever.

I'm sorry I stepped into your hot mess. I tried a few of yout HITs and they were approved. Then you gave me a mass rejection. It's a shame you pay such a poor wage and still want free work. I'll pass that along.

I'd be completely fine with this. Even if I don't get paid, they can keep their filthy cents.

Those hits were weird to begin with, maybe that should've been the red flag. It was getting "about" info from scholar websites and their address. Except the address info they wanted was only number, name, type (street, blvd).

 

yes and it's a reminder to always review hits even if you don't post them to the forum so that you can record the rejection if it ever happens. Sometimes seeing a negative review over here can change their minds on a rejection. You only have four days to review on your dashboard.

Try Ben Peterson, he never rejects. He soft blocks once you do so many but its usually only for a day or two.

That's good to know, I wasn't reviewing because I didn't have anything to add or problems. These were both yesterday and today's HITs so I guess they have a day to reply to my request. If not then I'm gonna have to review bomb all of those.

I don't get too many of those, but I do them when I do.

 

no see that's what I would do NOW. because now I have over 2 million approved hits, can't turk much anyway, and would rather get a job at the post office to get away from my elderly parents. but in his situation like fifteen or more years ago, I would do the other thing.
