    to the extend of my knowledge, I did - I added the site and all it's baby sites to the exclusion list on avast. But that's about all I know how to do...

    Try and turn off Avast, and use Windows' proprietary AV (Windows Defender).

    even with NOTHING on at all, chrome keeps telling me that their certificate has been revoked and i can't go there....

    hubby found a cached page and it says to try a different website if it isn't working and that's giving a 403. I'd say it's on their end, but people here are working on it, right?

    It was broken for me too. Which is a shame, because I became strangely aroused when I saw a Listy about coding.

    @Listy

    Ironically it's something that could likely be coded around, but not worth my time for 50 cents :p

    It wouldn't work in my firefox either so I switched over to Chromium and it worked so I nver figured out what was up. I'm not using Avast or anything at the moment so :dunno:

    I was actually wondering that too...if this is some sort of test. Of course, being a Listy, fixing it would grant you entry into some sort of weird sex party.

    Maybe I'm over-thinking it.

    nop
    nope. unfortunatley it wasn't. This was about 2 weeks ago [oct31]. The requester was ANDREW - Survey about your goals on MTurk, and reasons to adopt these goals. He says "Not following description guidance"
    I sent him a nice note asking him why it was rejected and would do the HIT again if needed. But that a**** has not yet replied. I'm not going to hold my breath on this one. I guess it was my bad, not looking at the dark red reports in TO. Since then I avoid such requesters even if the pay is tempting.

    I am having the same problem with the Darpa hit- won't work on either computer- turned off Avast but Mozilla on FF and Google on Chrome won't go to the site- says it's a security risk...

    Mac on safari is working. So my husband just doesn't get to play with his computer when he gets home. Guy says it's happening on approximately 1% of people attempting the hit and they can't replicate it on their end so they can't fix it. I sent him screen shots of what I had, but his suggestion was "Mac on safari or return it". :dunno: It's the government, what do you expect, for shit to work?
