    I'm very robotic in my descriptions of the problem. Because I can troubleshoot too. Makes for a fun Comcast conversation because they don't know how to troubleshoot anything.

    Actual thing I told a time warner tech once "Dude, I literally have a Cisco, enterprise class firewall hooked up to your modem right now. My home router can handle the traffic. Stop telling me about how your mom hooked up one too many devices to her wifi and it crashed. FIX YOUR CRAP."

    I learned with Time Warner to just pick up the phone, dial the number and when they ask "Is there anything I can help you with?" say "No, just transfer me to tier 3"
