I'm probably the only person that doesn't care that strongly about frame rate. I wanted to figure out a way to force 24 fps if I could. I don't think I'll care about fps until I get a VR headset and the graphics are actually top notch there.

 

I think that most of Listy's surveys are done to settle an office bet.

 

Speaking of AOTS and anime fanboys... Remember before the G4 merger/acquisition, and the flagship primetime show was the Screen Savers? And Leo Laporte would sometimes wear this bizarre button up shirt with Hanzo from Samurai Shodown on it? What was up with that whole trend? I mean, those funky button ups, the bastard son of the bowling shirt but with flames, tribal, and/or "Asian" stuff was a staple of late 1990s, early 2000s "style," but for a time there these shirts existed, mostly silk, that had video game and anime characters on it. Weird stuff, man.

That is cute and all but that mindset is what causes devs to lock shit to 30 and make shit basically unplayable.

I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority. And I say 24 because I'd rather have the cinematic look instead. I don't want 30 fps either.

 

Yeah, 30 fps is disgusting to look at. Even 60 fps is poopy. 144hz master race.
