I think I am going to start using Amazon Fresh or a similar service. Anything that helps me avoid long Supermarket lines is a good thing.

 

that's why I barely turk anymore... damn day job gets in my way too frequently lately, lol.

 

Ours is full of people selling homemade junk like soaps and ugly ass wreaths lol. Plus one local farmer that sells super overpriced meat that you pay for and then have to drive out to their farm to actually pick up. Like $10/lb ground beef lol. But about a third of it is usually local produce that is reasonably priced.

 

When I'm depressed, I think to myself, you know what would help? Putting food on top of my feelings till I don't feel them anymore. And you know what would definitely make me feel less? Adding a bottle of wine to that pile of food! Not my greatest moments. The last few weeks have been rough, trying not to fall back into old habits.

I'm guessing this is something you found on TO??? I mean people complain about too many AC's but I totally get it. People go too quick and don't bother reading everything so you really don't want that data. If I were a requester my shit would be full of trap doors and Ac's lol.

Yeah, I still get chicken boobies from Bi-Lo or Publix but the whole chickens at Aldi rock as do the drummies, wings, chicken legs, etc. I save all the bones/carcasses/scraps of veggies/etc and make stock every couple weeks.Aldi has amped up the quality for sure and a lot of the limited time options are pretty top notch. I picked up some of the uncured beer brats last week and they were awesome.

 

I usually just go into "fuck it" mode. I feel like weeding myself out of this depressive web is important too. As long as it's not a long term thing, I can take this time to just say "fuck it" and let loose a bit.
