Pure exercise alone won't help nearly as much with weight loss as portion control and not drinking fizzy sugar water.

 

how do you think I lost the first 12 lbs? Actually it's closer to 14, I can't math. I've been dieting, controlled portions, the works, for far longer than I've ever managed to keep up before. I added in the gym when I hit the plateau, and now it's not helping me break through it. It's aggravating.
