    I know people that like peanut butter and mayo sandwiches...as well as peanut butter and tomato sandwiches...so maybe it is one of those things where people have fucked up taste buds? Like, I can't eat cilantro because it tastes like soap...

    I don't eat the meat or other dead things. So butterbeans, mayo, relish, a diced onion, and a splash of mustard is great.

    ET is one of those movies that holds up really well for me. I watched the Goonies with two people who LOVED it and I just didn't see it. I could definitely see how if I grew up with that movie, I would enjoy it a lot more than looking at it with fresh eyes. Nothing against people who love it, you do what you do ;) I just think that, particularly for a lot of movies that originated in the 80s that there can be a major nostalgia factor at play.
