    It came with the laptop, i do not have a windows disc. everything was fine until i had to reinstall. i logged into my microsoft account about 2 hours ago and so far the pop up hasn't come back yet when i go to settings it says i need to activate windows and when i click activate settings just closes?
    has this happen to you?
    thanks for any help
    also i can't use apps like microsoft word and things like that? all this happened after i reinstalled,
