My above advice almost certainly wont work if its broken across browsers (though I guess it never hurts to try), that's super strange probably worth the long shot in the dark email to mturk's "customer support" for something that broken.

What happens if i close the tab? Is there anyway to reopen a hit if you havent returned it? Sorry I'm so noob ;-;

Yeah you can close it, to return back to the HITS you're working on go to the "HITs Assigned To You" tab.

 

If you click on 'HITs Assigned To You' underneath the 'Qualifications' tab at the top you can re-open any unsubmitted HIT that you have accepted that hasn't expired

 

You have a cap of 25 HITs you can accept at any given time. They're put into a "queue" and you can go back to them until they expire (your progress usually isn't saved if you do close the tab).
