    Only slight caveat to this is if you both use kindle and have the content sharing enabled. Your friend will be able to see all of your erotica and trashy romance novel eBooks in their kindle library ;)

    How annoying!!

    When we first discussed buying a house we were going to move closer to town once the oldest graduates highschool, so in one year. Now we've decided to go ahead and just buy the house we've been renting for the past 3 years because the owner keeps saying we should buy it, lol. Not only are we getting a screaming deal on it, but we don't have to deal with pesky realtors and everything that comes along with house hunting and blah blah blah.
