    Oooo I never thought to ask, but is anyone proficient in making Thai curry? I have been trying to make a yellow curry that is similar to what I would find at a good Thai restaurant, but I always seem to mess it up. Never comes out properly. If anyone has a link to a recipe they know is bomb.com, I would love it :)

    I used Maesri curry paste and it smells like what I want, but when I actually try to make it, it is terrible.
