    I think this is the one that's basically impossible to get done on time, it will take all 60 minutes. I ditched after the second round when I realized it would take too long.

    I'm usually not one for company handbooks and HR rules but I can't imagine most companies would be ok with a supervisor sending surveys to their subordinates where the supervisor is making money based on the subordinates completing the survey.

    The survey said something to the effect of choosing subordinates who are willing to participate, but there's really nothing voluntary about being asked to do something by your boss.
