    I did not, but FWIW unless you were screened out its usually OK to submit your worker ID & send a message letting them know you completed it (maybe screenshot the last page if you haven't closed it already) but didn't get a code. Most people do that when the survey doesn't give a code but doesn't specify what else to do lol.

    They took your worker ID at the beginning. I'm guessing they just didn't edit the flavor text in the description before they went live with their HIT. I just submitted it with my ID. Just making sure they didn't hide it in there somewhere. Haha!
