07/11 - 7/11 Day Tuesday!

I only got up at 4:30 to push the dumpster out that I was too lazy to do last night, hoped for sites to be 2k still but pillows look good still

 

What I do with my nieces and nephews, ages ranging from 3 to 16, is this: if I decide to give it to them around now then I tell them not to expect anything huge for Christmas or that this *is* their Christmas gift (assuming it's an expensive thing). 9/10 they usually don't care that they won't get anything wacky for Christmas.

If that happens I just give them candy in December. Like, those $10 pound bags of Sour Patch Kids from Target

They're like my kids so that's as far as I've gotten with parenting, lol

I've done this with my own kids I mean what good is a new bike in December, at least where we live. Or if They wanted some really expensive hockey equipment that again is better given at the beginning of the season.
