    They usually have ones called, "Young chickens," that are like 4-5 pounds and even part of that weight is just bones.

    Yeah, I'm not really getting if you're actually pissed I eat quail or what here dude. Cornish hens are just a smaller breed of young chickens. Whatever, more fresh quail for me bro.

    Just a heads up, I started this, then tossed it back, seemed like it would take a bit longer than 45 minutes (based on the counter); also, you can't go back and re-record anything (poor HIT design).

    I'll keep it in mind. Once my running ramps up here in a few weeks, I'll probably ease up on the diet. Lost about 25 pounds since the middle of May with just the diet change. With the exercise, I'm hoping to lose at least another 20-30 in the next 3 months.

    I was just making sure. I know that some people search by the group ID in overwatch and it always seems like a waste.

    I also used to panda the group ID as well for mad labs but I haven't felt the need in awhile. I have been just catching it off overwatch lol
