    No.. giving it to the spammers to play with & break.. I'm still not settled between this software & a different one (or at all), but it'll give folks the ability to chat from the daily thread instead of having to load tabs for DMs.

    The forum is kinda getting.. large. So a little steam release valve for the daily thread seems like a good thing to toss into the roadmap lol. The # of posts to the daily has been getting cray cray haha.

    If you use an IRC backend the number of users shouldn't be an issue. Most of my IRC channels have over 500 people with no issues.
