I did that for a few years. It destroys the eidetic part of your memory. I'd probably trade that for a few more hours sleep in my 20s. I hate what my mind is becoming.

Nah, never got an answer. I just wondered how often it DOES update if it does. I've done a ton this week and just wanted to know what to expect. Haven't gotten any feedback in my approved ones so far so guess I'm still doing solid!

I was wondering, cause I never paid attention to what it was to begin with- did it start at 100? Wasn't sure if mine was going down or not, but just noticed my score the other day (have been doing them awhile) and realized I never knew what it was to begin with.

Could be that or sleep. They say lack of sleep affects the memory. I noticed myself my memory has been off with lack of sleep and bad sleeping patterns lately.

I have always had problems with sleep. I was DJing since I was 21 and staying up all hours of the night and day partying. Then many years later when I finally got a day job I still had the sleep patterns of when I was DJing. Even today I get my best sleep from 8-11AM

Same. Always had trouble with sleep growing up but then I started working 3rd shift jobs in college cuz it felt natural to me. Still out of habit I drift toward staying up late if left to my own devices.

Any suggestions to turn my sleep patterns around?
I like to get back to waking up at 6:am or 7: am in the morning and going to bed by 11 pm.
Right now I am all over the place on wake up times.
Today I went to bed at 10 pm thinking I would wake up at 6:am , and here I am woke up at 1: am.
    lol

I notice that there is a fine window of when I can go to sleep and stay asleep and it seems to be early, like 10PM-5AM - If you find that window you got it made

Yup. Plus night time is best time.

@SCOTTM Sleepytime teas have been really beneficial for me over the last few months. It helps me mellow out and start getting in the mindset of sleep. I lay down and read as I drink it and usually am ready to pass out within an hour. Sometimes it doesn't work as soon as I need it to which sucks, but I just get up and do something else for a bit til I start to feel tired.

That would be perfect those hours. Everytime I try to stay awake to go back to normal hours I can't. It seems like a cycle I can't get out of.
