    And also don't eat anything for at least 4 hours before you are going to sleep so your stomach will not be processing

    I fell asleep at 6pm and just woke up an hour or so ago so my sleep pattern for today is fucked

    Yeah, I'm not sure exactly, but there's for sure chamomile in most relaxing/sleepy teas, which is great for when I have panic attacks too.

    Like I said, it's still not a 100% fix for me, there's some nights I have to make a second cup, but it beats staring at my ceiling all night with my mind racing WAITING for sleep to hit me.

    She's 10 years old. She just walks to where she needs to lay down and plops down. My front and back yard are fenced so if she wants to wander she can

    10 isn't too bad. One of my family members has a dog going on 18 right now and I have no idea how that dog is making it..

    It's a German Shep/Chow mix. She has trouble getting around too, like at this point it really seems more of a struggle for her :(
